Neutral Moroccan rugs
Ivory, cream, beige, taupe, warm gray and charcoal: a neutral Moroccan rug brings texture and pattern without adding color. It is the easiest rug to keep for years, through new sofas, new walls and new rooms. Ours range from tonal carved reliefs, where the pattern is only in the height of the wool, to ivory grounds with fine black lines.
Texture does the work
In a neutral rug the interest comes from the surface: high and low pile, carved lines, a hand-drawn grid. In a room of plain fabrics and pale walls, that texture is what keeps the space from feeling flat. In a room that already has strong color, a neutral rug calms it down.
Practical notes
- Pale wool shows dirt sooner. In an entrance or under a dining table, a tonal beige or a flatweave such as our Zanafi rugs is easier to live with than pure ivory.

Each rug is woven to order in the width and length you enter on the product page, which shows the price and the estimated delivery for that size. Made to order rugs take 2 to 10 weeks to weave, depending on size, then 3 to 5 business days to reach the United States. Shipping is free worldwide, with import duties and taxes included.
