Named after Fes and the famous blue of its tiles and gates, this arch-shaped piece sets a panel of blue embroidered kilim beside red kilim with small golden motifs, a plaid in green and navy, and a rounded end of soft stripes in pink, sand and brown.
Made by hand, one of a kind
This piece takes the shape of a Moroccan arch, square at one end and rounded at the other. In our workshop we cut handwoven kilim of different colours and patterns, arrange them like a mosaic and stitch them by hand, then finish the edge with a cotton border. No two arches are the same. The piece in the photos is the exact piece you receive.
