Who it is for

What we can make for your project

• Our designs in your dimensions. Any Made to Order rug can be woven to the width and length on your plan. The price follows the style and the surface, so you can budget each room: the rug page calculates it for any size.
• Custom designs. Your palette, pattern, symbols, size or shape, designed with you and approved before weaving starts.
• Several rugs for one project. Send us the full list and the date you need it for, and we tell you what is feasible.
• Trade discounts. The more rugs you order, the larger the discount, up to 50% on large quantities. We confirm the discount for your project in the quote.
• Photos during weaving. You follow the work in progress and can show it to your client.
• Delivery where the project is. We ship worldwide, to you or directly to your client’s address. Shipping, duties and taxes are included.

How it works

1. Send us your project. Use the form below: type of project, rugs needed, sizes, quantities and deadline.
2. We reply with options. Styles that suit the brief, sizes, a timeline and a quote.
3. You approve. Weaving starts once the design and the quote are agreed.
4. We weave and keep you posted. Photos of the rugs on the loom, then a final inspection.
5. We deliver. By express courier, with tracking.

Good to know before you write

• Timelines. Weaving takes 2 to 10 weeks depending on the size of each rug, plus a few days of delivery. See the Shipping Policy for the table by size.
• Prices. You can see the price of any size on our rug pages. For a project, we send you a quote based on the rugs, the sizes and the quantities.
• Samples and payment schedule. These are agreed project by project, together with the trade discount for your quantities. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what we can offer.
• Custom pieces. A Custom Made rug cannot be returned once production has begun, so we agree every detail with you first. See the Return & Refund Policy.
