    All payments must be completed before order processing.
    Tazrirt reserves the right to:

    Custom Orders

    For custom-made products:

    • Production time ranges between 3 to 6 weeks
    • Specifications are confirmed with the client before production
    • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

    Delivery times vary depending on destination
    Tazrirt is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
    Customers are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate shipping information

    We accept returns under the following conditions:
    • Within 30 days of delivery
    • Product must be unused and in original condition

    • Custom-made items are not eligible for return
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
    Exchanges are possible after receiving the returned item.
