Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be in preparation or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom and made-to-order rugs cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the rug is rolled (not folded) and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Custom items, personalized orders, and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our team at support@tazrirt.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved — it may be needed for the claims process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order.
