    Processing Time

    Each TAZRIRT® rug is carefully inspected and prepared by hand before shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our atelier in Morocco.

    Shipping Method

    We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers including DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of dispatch.

    Import Tax

    Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

    Returns

    We want you to love your TAZRIRT® rug. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@tazrirt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
